Returns Policy

All of our Polish pottery stoneware is marked #1 first quality. Should you receive a piece which you believe is #2, please contact us at mypolishpottery@yahoo.com and state the defect, and we will send you a shipping label to return to us. If you don't like the piece you receive, for whatever reason, please contact us at mypolishpottery@yahoo.com and state the reason. We will send a shipping label (and we will tell you if it is to be charged to your refund or credit), and issue you a refund or credit. If you receive a broken piece, save the shipping material, and contact us at mypolishpottery@yahoo.com. If your shipment is lost, please contact us at mypolishpottery.com so that we may process tracking and insurance.

We use Google checkout which accepts debit and credit cards. We also accept Paypal, money order, cashier's checks, and personal checks up to $200 (from new customers). Previous customers have increased limit.

My Polish Pottery ships by UPS, but will ship by USPS Priority upon customer request, at additional cost. We typically ship within 2 business days of receiving payment.
